Our evaluation criteria
| Priority | What we look at |
|---|---|
| 1. Suitability | Does it meet the real needs of the reader in your market? |
| 2. Reliability and support | Warranty, service network, software updates |
| 3. Running cost | Energy use, consumables, repairs |
| 4. Value | What you get for the price band |
| 5. Seller trust | Return policies and buyer protection |
Independence
- Brands and retailers cannot pay to change our advice.
- We do not accept payment for positive coverage.
- If a brand provides a product for review, we will say so on the page.
- Advertising is separated from editorial content and labelled.
Accuracy and sources
We rely on manufacturer specifications, relevant customs and consumer protection authorities, energy agencies and recognised consumer guidance. We do not invent statistics, prices, ratings, reviews or testimonials. Prices change frequently and should be confirmed with the retailer.
Corrections
If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page. We review reports promptly and update the page and its last-reviewed date when a correction is needed.
